What people are putting up with today
-
Trainers with syndicated horses must split every cost — training, vet, farrier, transport — across each owner's percentage share, for every horse, every month.
-
A Fees Notice is required within 7 days of appointment and a correct invoice within the first 15 days of each month for the previous month's training services.
-
Stables running hundreds of owners already say it: "Billing and invoices are obviously important parts of the business and a big job."
How Ownerward works
Ownerward is a billing-only tool for racehorse trainers: enter each horse's owners and their percentage shares once, then enter the month's costs, and it generates one correctly split statement per owner, synced to the accounting software you already use. It doesn't do feeding schedules, health records or breeding data — just the owner-split invoice run, so there's nothing else to set up or learn.
